How much does it cost to join as a store?

There is no upfront registration fee. Grozfy charges a small platform commission (approximately 5%) per online order completed. Counter billing through Grozfy Retails POS is available at a fixed monthly subscription — contact us for current pricing.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use Grozfy Retails?

No. Grozfy Retails is designed for store staff with no tech background. The interface is in simple language (Tamil and English), and we provide on-site onboarding support for every new store.

How does stock management work?

Every counter sale and online order automatically deducts stock from your inventory. You’ll see real-time stock levels and receive low-stock alerts. Reorder from suppliers, receive stock, and everything updates automatically in ERPNext.

How does online order payment reach my store?

When a customer pays online, your store’s share (~80% of the order value) is automatically routed to your registered Razorpay linked account via Razorpay Route. Once the delivery is confirmed, the amount is released and settles to your bank within 2 business days.

Can I handle both walk-in customers and online orders on the same app?

Yes — that’s one of Grozfy Retails’ biggest advantages. Walk-in counter sales and online orders from the Grozfy app are managed from the same dashboard, with unified stock, reporting, and accounts.

Is my data secure and backed up?

All data is stored securely on ERPNext / Frappe cloud servers with regular automated backups. Your sales history, stock records, and customer data are always safe and accessible.
