You can pay via UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking, digital wallets — all processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is also available for all orders.

Once your order is picked up, you can see your delivery partner’s live location on the map inside the Grozfy app. You’ll also receive push notifications at every stage — confirmed, picked up, and delivered.

You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery from the Order History screen. Once the store confirms the return and the item is picked up, your refund is processed to your original payment method (5–7 business days) or instantly to your Grozfy wallet.

Minimum order amounts are set by individual stores and vary. You’ll see the minimum order value on each store’s page before you start adding items.

Grozfy uses WhatsApp OTP login — you enter your mobile number, receive a one-time code on WhatsApp, and you’re signed in instantly. No passwords required.
