What documents do I need to register?

You need a valid driving licence, vehicle registration certificate (RC), and a bank account for settlement. You can deliver using any vehicle — two-wheeler, three-wheeler, or four-wheeler.

Is there a minimum number of deliveries I must do?

No minimum commitment. You work whenever you want — go online and offline whenever suits you. There are no penalties for being offline.

How and when do I receive my earnings?

Your delivery fee is settled automatically to your bank account via Razorpay Route within T+2 business days. Once the customer’s payment is confirmed, your portion is transferred without any manual step from your side.

What happens if I have an issue with an order?

Contact our support team via the in-app help centre or email partner@grozfy.com. We resolve disputes fairly — partners are not penalised for issues outside their control.

Which cities can I deliver in?

Grozfy Go is currently active in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We are expanding to more cities and will reach out to registered partners in new zones as they open.
